How is the 3PLY Disposable Face Mask made?

The 3 Ply disposable face mask is made of three layers of material- polypropylene, melt-blown polypropylene and more polypropylene. The first layer is a non-woven fabric that is porous to allow air to flow through it. The next layer is a spun-bond web that helps to filter out particles. The third layer is another non-woven fabric that helps to keep the mask in shape and absorbs moisture.

The layers of material are thermally bonded together to create a strong, durable mask. The masks are also blue, white, or green depending on the model. All masks have an earloop to hold them in place.
