Founded in 2022 and 100% black women-owned, RealPPE supports organisations across South Africa with a practical, responsive and increasingly technology-enabled approach to workplace protection.
We supply certified PPE, safety footwear, protective clothing, high-visibility workwear, healthcare PPE, safety signage, branded uniforms and corporate clothing. Through our HerPPE category, we also provide better-fitting workwear and PPE options designed with women in mind.
Where standard products do not meet the requirements of the job, we source to order and support specialised product adjustments, branding and customisation.
As RealPPE evolves, we are expanding beyond procurement to help organisations manage workplace protection more intelligently across the PPE lifecycle.
Why We Exist?
Buying PPE shouldn’t be this hard. Managing it shouldn’t be either.
PPE procurement is often fragmented across multiple suppliers, product lists, emails and spreadsheets. Buyers need more than products. They need confidence that they are sourcing the right protection, from trusted suppliers, with clear information and accountable service.
RealPPE was created to simplify that process.
