Our site offers the lowest competitive Real-Time rates in the country. Through our partnership with uAfrica.com all our customers receive excellent service and the best rates possible for national delivery anywhere in South Africa. Real Time rates are provided by our preferred courier service providers CourierIt, Dawn Wing, Internet Express and and The Courier Guy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are shipped within 3-7 business days (depending on size of your order) of you placing the order using our preferred courier service providers CourierIt, Dawn Wing, Internet Express and and The Courier Guy depending on your location and fastest available service. Standard Shipping remains however; you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control, if there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment Exclusion Method
All products that are inflammable e.g. Sanitizers can only be transported via road freight.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours via email/sms and you can also track your parcel on RealPPE Marketplace click here.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
RealPPE Marketplace is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibilities of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Insurance against Damages or Loss
All the shipment will incur insurance at a very competitive rate to ensure when there is an isolated incident where RealPPE Marketplace delivery partners experience a service issue that results in the loss or damage of your goods. This Guarantee offers financial protection for our customers against loss or damage of freight, with a guaranteed quick claim assessment and no excess applied to the amount claimed.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
RealPPE Marketplace only operates and ships within South Africa, however if you order from outside South Africa you need to send us an email to support@realppe.co.za or send us a request for quote and we will deal with each request on a case by case basis.
