Our Courier Partners Will Collect Your Order From Our Sellers And Make Sure It Gets Delivered At Your Doorstep. We’ve Taken The Hassle Out Of You Worrying About Securing Transportation.
9. How Do I Get Registered As A Buyer?

11. How Do I Pay?
Through our partnership with TradeSafe you have a simple and convenient way to make payment. TradeSafe offers multiple ways to make payment through credit/debit card, manual EFT and instant EFT.
12. Who Is TradeSafe?
TradeSafe is a digital escrow service and South Africa’s trusted third party in trades between buyers and sellers. TradeSafe has ensured that the escrow funds are insured by iTOO, a division of Hollard. They also hold crime & civil liability cover, including fidelity and professional indemnity insurance as underwritten by iTOO, this ensures all funds are secured and protected for any eventuality.
13. What Is An Escrow Service?
An escrow service is a neutral third party that protects both the buyer and seller from fraud and scams by securely holding money for payment of purchases in a trust until the transaction is completed.
14. Can I Pay My Seller Directly?
Buyers pay for products on the RealPPE Marketplace platform, this guarantees you are protected from fraudsters and scammers. You may not pay other users directly using any method other than ordering through the RealPPE Marketplace through TradeSafe Payment Gateway. In case you have been asked to use an alternative payment method, please report it immediately.
15. What Fees Do I Pay For Buying Through RealPPE Marketplace?
Since we take care of your delivery, you will be required to pay delivery cost only. Our courier fees are highly discount due to our partnerships with uAfrica. TradeSafe is free to use.
16. How Do I Cancel My Order?
You have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund prior to goods being dispatched. If the goods have been dispatched you cannot cancel. All order cancellations must be notified to us by email only. If you wish to cancel please email our support team using support@realppe.co.za in all communications you must quote our delivery note and/or invoice reference in order for us to identify you and the products to be cancelled.
17. What Do I Do If My Goods Are Defective/Faulty Or Even Damaged?
We do our best to ensure that all of our customers have a great shopping experience with RealPPE Marketplace, however on occasion you may need to return an item. Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt. Goods returned must be in the original packaging and suitable for resale. Send us an email to shipping@realppe.co.za and will collect the items from the place where we originally delivered to. Items must be in an unused condition.
If you are returning goods that were defective or faulty, we will examine the returned goods and if they are found to be faulty we will pay refund you or the seller can replace the order.
18. What Shipping Methods Do You Use?
Depending on size of your order and your delivery address, all orders are shipped within 2 -5 business days of you placing the order using our preferred courier service providers CourierIt, Dawn Wing and the Courier Guy.
We only offer the Economy Service where delivery time varies between 72 and 96 hours, depending on the destination address.
19. How Can I Track My Order?
We Will Send You Regular Updates About The Status Of Your Order Via Emails And SMS After Your Order Has Left The Seller’s Warehouse And Is On Its Way To You. You Can Also Track The Status Of Your Order On Your Email Via A Tracking Link We Send You.

20. Can I Arrange My Own Transportation For Delivery?
Unfortunately not, RealPPE marketplace has been created to protect both buyers and sellers. Most sellers in the PPE industry have fallen prey to warehouse hijackings, with this in mind we have partnered with reliable couriers service providers who offer competitive rates to our buyers.
21. How Can You Guarantee That I Will Be Refunded If Not Happy?
TradeSafe is a neutral third party that protects both the buyer and seller by securely holding money for payment of purchases in trust until the transaction is completed. If the seller does not deliver, TradeSafe will refund you all your money excluding TradeSafe fees.
22. Do You Ship Cross Border Or Internationally?
RealPPE Marketplace only operates and ships within South Africa, however if you order from outside of South Africa you need to send us an email to support@realppe.co.za or send us a request for quote and we will deal with each request on a case by case basis.

2. Who Can Sell On RealPPE Marketplace?
Anyone with a registered business with CIPC and SARS, who sells genuine PPE products, is welcome to start selling.
3. Do I Need To Deliver My Products To A RealPPE Store?
No, all you need to do is pack the orders we send to you. We’ll then send a courier to come and collect and deliver on your behalf to the buyer.
5. Who Decides The Price Of The Products?
As a seller, you control the price your products are sold for to our buyers, you will set the selling price of your products. RealPPE will take a small selling commission on all products you sell.
6. Who Takes Care Of The Delivery Of My Products?
We’ve made it incredibly easy for you. We will manage the “last mile”, meaning that all you have to do is pick and pack the orders we send you. Once you have packed the order, per the packing standards and attached the waybill, the seller will notify us via seller’s portal for the courier to come and collect your orders and make sure it gets delivered to the buyer. We’ve taken the hassle out of managing couriers for you.
7. Can I Be A Seller With RealPPE Marketplace If I Have A Physical Store Elsewhere?
Yes definitely, a separate store does not limit your ability to access the platform.
8. Will The Sellers Be Rated?
At RealPPE Marketplace we hold our sellers to the highest standard because we put our buyers as first priority.

No, as long as you are registered business and are registered for taxes
11. How Is My Personal Information Protected?
You must first register an account. Once registered follow the steps on the RealPPE Marketplace and once approved you’ll be provided with access details to your own online shop where you must thereafter do the following:
- List your products under the correct product categories.
- Insert correct selling prices for all your products.
- Receive an order through the Seller Portal.
- Pick and Pack the order, label all your order correctly and print the waybill.
- Once the order is ready for collection the Seller alerts us via the portal so that we can come and collect through our courier partners and make sure the order gets to the buyer.
Only once proof of delivery is confirmed will the seller receive what is due to them

13. Will The Performance Of The Seller Be Monitored?
Yes, in order to maintain high standards of customer service RealPPE Marketplace will track and provide on-going feedback on the key metrics and KPIs against relevant standards and benchmarks that are relevant in the e-commerce sector.
14. When Can I start Selling?
After you have completed the registration, all the vetting has been completed and your seller profile is complete, you can start listing your products and start selling. Our goal is to make sure you can start selling within 2 business days of you listing your products.
15. Will I Get Charged For Listing Products On RealPPE Marketplace?
Our platform is free for all our sellers; there are no fees for listing your products on our platform.
16. How And When Will A Seller Be Paid For The PPE Goods Sold?
The payment to the Seller for the PPE goods sold on the marketplace will be made directly to your account via EFT transaction as by first deducting the marketplace’s commission and the seller’s portion of the TradeSafe fees.
Seller’s portion (SP) thus equals Sales value (S) minus the marketplace’s commission (C). In summary, SP = S – C
RealPPE Marketplace will then pay over the Seller’s portion on either the 15th or the 30th of each month depending on when transactions were completed and when were the orders successfully fulfilled.

19. How can you guarantee that the Seller will be paid?
TradeSafe is a neutral third party that protects both the buyer and seller from fraud and scams by securely holding money for payment of purchases in a trust until the transaction is completed.
If the buyer does not pay for the goods through TradeSafe then there won’t be an order generated, thus saving you from hassle and risk of delivering goods that may never be paid for.
However, if the buyer pays for the goods in full through TradeSafe then you the seller will have peace of mind knowing that once the buyer has received the goods your funds (i.e. Seller’s portion) will also be released by TradeSafe into your bank account.
On the other hand, if the buyer does not receive the goods or is not satisfied with the goods received then the funds will not be released to the seller until an amicable resolution is arrived at by the RealPPE Marketplace between the Buyer and the Seller, which includes paying back to the buyer a full refund less shipping costs and TradeSafe fees.

Affiliate marketing involves earning a commission by promoting products or services on the RealPPE Marketplace. It involves referring a product or service by sharing it on WhatsApp, blog, social media platform, podcast, or website. The affiliate/agent earns a commission each time someone makes a purchase through the unique link associated with their recommendation.

5. How Do I Start Marketing RealPPE Marketplace with my unique link?
You must first register an account. Once registered follow the steps on the RealPPE Marketplace and once approved you’ll be provided with your own unique link where you must thereafter do the following:
- You show an ad or a link for products on your WhatsApp, website, blog, or social network.
- A buyer clicks your unique link.
- The buyer makes a purchase on RealPPE.
- RealPPE records the transaction.
- The purchase is confirmed by RealPPE.
You Get Paid A Commission.
6. How And When Will An Agent/Affiliate Be Paid Commission?
The payment to the Agent/Affiliate for the PPE goods sold on the marketplace will be made directly to your account via EFT transaction. RealPPE Marketplace will pay over the Agent’s commission portion on either the 15th or the 30th of each month depending on when transactions were completed and when were the orders successfully fulfilled.
